Zurno Influencer Program Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 29th, 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Influencer Program (“Program”) offered by Zurno Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Influencer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to join.

  • You must have a valid email address, payment method, and tax information (if applicable).

  • The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Influencer Responsibilities

  • You agree to promote our products/services in a legal, ethical, and truthful manner.

  • You will not engage in misleading, false, or deceptive marketing practices.

  • You may not use spam, unauthorized paid ads on our brand keywords, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent traffic.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your promotional methods comply with applicable laws, including FTC endorsement guidelines.

3. Influencer Links & Tracking

  • Influencers will be provided with a unique referral link or code.

  • Commissions will be tracked using cookies or other tracking methods.

  • We are not responsible for tracking failures due to ad blockers, browser restrictions, or user error.

4. Commission & Payments

  • Influencers earn a commission on qualified sales generated through their referral link/code.

  • A “qualified sale” means a sale that is not refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or disputed.

  • Commission rates and payout schedules are outlined in your Influencer Dashboard or welcome email.

  • Payments are made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/Other], subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold of [insert amount].

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Bid on our brand keywords or variations in search engine ads.

  • Present yourself as the Company or impersonate our brand.

  • Use your own influencer link to make purchases (“self-referrals”).

  • Promote our products on websites or social platforms containing illegal, violent, hateful, or adult content.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You may use our approved banners, logos, and marketing materials for promotion.

  • You may not alter or misuse our intellectual property without written consent.

  • All rights, title, and interest in our trademarks, names, and content remain with the Company.

7. Term & Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

  • If terminated, you will only be paid commissions earned up to the termination date.

  • The Company reserves the right to withhold payment if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Program.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this Program.

9. Modification of Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

11. Acceptance

By joining the Influencer Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
