At MEM Supply, we’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience built on quality, trust, and long-standing industry standards. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety compliance, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, adhesives, PMU cartridges, pigments, brow tint, liquids, or any cosmetic products once opened or used.
