How to Use
- Apply chrome powder over a cured chrome base and dust off the excess.
- Apply a thin, even layer of LAVI Chrome Matte Top Coat over the entire nail, capping the free edge.
- Cure 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp.
