Return & Warranty Policy
1. Before You Purchase (For Beginners, DIY Users & Non-Professionals)
Please note that product images are provided for reference only. Due to differences in monitor displays, mobile devices, lighting conditions, and manufacturer packaging updates, the actual product you receive may vary slightly from the photos shown.
We recommend purchasing products and colors that you are already familiar with or have researched thoroughly before placing your order.
If you would like to verify a specific product before purchasing, our team is happy to provide current photos or videos of available inventory upon request.
Many of our products are designed for professional use. Customers without professional training are encouraged to practice on nail tips or other practice surfaces before application. Proper product knowledge and application techniques help minimize the risk of damage, injury, or adverse reactions.
2. Color Matching (Gel Polish, Dip Powder & Nail Lacquer)
Products sold as "matching" collections—including Gel Polish, Dip Powder, and Nail Lacquer—are produced separately and may vary slightly in shade due to differences in manufacturing processes, pigments, and production batches.
Because of these manufacturing variations, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Once these products have been opened or used, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Manufacturers may periodically update or reformulate colors. As a result, customers may need to update their color charts or matching collections over time.
3. General Return Policy
Eligible Returns
Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used products
Items not in their original condition or packaging
Electronic equipment that has been opened or used, including but not limited to nail lamps, LED/UV lamps, e-file machines, dust collectors, and similar devices
Store Credit & Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be issued as store credit at management's discretion.
A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
With prior management approval, certain opened items may be accepted and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4. Full Sets, Complete Collections & Promotional Bundles
Complete collections and promotional sets are intended for customers who are familiar with the product line or wish to carry the complete collection in a professional salon or retail environment.
These collections are not sold as trial or sample purchases. Returns based solely on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product line will not be accepted.
If a complete collection is approved for return, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
To qualify for a return, all items included in the original set must be returned, including:
Original packaging
Promotional materials
Complimentary or bonus items
If any included items are missing, damaged, or not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund amount.
Complimentary items are considered part of the complete package. In the event of inventory shortages, we reserve the right to substitute free promotional items with products of equal value.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible.
To process a shipping damage claim, you must retain:
The original shipping box
All packing materials
The packing slip or invoice
Please provide clear photographs showing:
The exterior shipping box
The damaged product(s)
The internal packaging
The packing slip
Claims submitted without the required documentation may not qualify for reimbursement or replacement.
6. Warranty & Defective Products
Warranty coverage and defective product claims are administered directly by the product manufacturer through their Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
As a retailer, we do not provide repair services, replacement parts, or in-house product servicing.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us promptly. We will gladly assist you in locating the appropriate manufacturer's warranty department and guide you through the warranty claim process.
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold as New are factory-sealed and supplied directly by the manufacturer. To preserve product integrity and hygiene, we do not open, inspect, or test new products before shipment.
